For all other countries, a freight cost will be calculated based on the specific order. You can place your order in the webshop and we will reserve the amount and thereafter write to you with an invoice for the freight cost. We will finalize your order once the freight cost is received. You will have the option of cancelling your order by email to and not to pay the freight costs. We will then cancel the order without charging your credit card.

Please note: Due to the Corona situation, delivery delays may occur.

If you order from a country, which is a member of the EU you pay Danish VAT but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. If you order from a country outside of the EU the Danish VAT is deducted at checkout, however local taxes and duties in your country may be added upon receival, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the shipment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

Colours shown on screen might differ to some extent from colours on the actual object, so we cannot guarantee a colour match.  Also the natural material used may differentiate in appearance from object to object.

Articles bought on are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days upon receipt. If you want to return an item, please let us know within 14 days upon arrival by sending an email to together with a copy of the receipt. Please explain which articles you wish to return, and please return the item within 14 days after letting us know. Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.
Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is broken or lost during shipment you can be held responsible. In that case it is your own responsibility to document the return.

When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account.

If you have received a gift bought from and you wish to return the product please note that the item cost will be returned to the buyers account

The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we  .  , which have been damaged in transit. We will kindly replace the item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock. Once we hear from you, we will try to track your parcel. If not tracked within 14 days, we will forward a new parcel without cost.

Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year warranty is granted for the product. The warranty covers errors in material and/or production.

When you shop with us as a consumer on, you have a right of 24 months warranty. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, get the money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. You must inform within a reasonable time that you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error has been discovered, the complaint is timely.

If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
