Kinloch Lodge
In the Northwest Highlands of Scotland, where the landscape of Sutherland shapes the rhythm of daily life, Kinloch Lodge is a place defined by slowness. By connection. By the pleasure of being present in a world that moves at its own pace.
A shared approach to intentional living
What brings Kinloch Lodge and Motarasu together is not aesthetic alone - it is a shared belief in how objects relate to the spaces they inhabit, and how those spaces shape the people within them.
At Kinloch Lodge, a slower pace defines everyday life. At Motarasu, that same intention runs through every object in the collection - the belief that beauty and mindfulness are not luxuries but necessities. That the right object in the right space can deepen a person's connection to where they are.

Ron Pendant
Ron was designed by Toshiyuki Tani using the centuries-old Japanese takesensuji technique, each lamp handcrafted from nearly 1,000 bamboo strips alongside masters in Japan. In a Highland lodge surrounded by ancient landscape, that depth of craft feels entirely at home.
